Wanted to introduce a character we don’t see much of. I don’t know how strong he is

Anime and Manga feats allowed. How does he fair? Any fans around?

Yeah. Jake Long has some Multi-City Block to Town Level feats. This is mainly to see where this character falls without making a total stomp.
