speed wise, he is at least mhs+, and one of his most iconic hax tanking moments was, there was a large reality warping field expanding, absorbing, recreating and consuming life, and kain walked through it, unfazed, summary: 1vs1, he easily solos the verse

Kain has also had tanked damage from Soul Reaver and its spiritual version, the Wraith Blade. Both weapons can feed on souls and the Soul Reaver is the only weapon in Legacy of Kain that can truly kill him. He has suffered no wounds from Glyph magic from the Hylden Lord. Glyph magic is deadly to vampires, and Kain remains without a scratch. Kain's mind is strong enough to shrug off Marcus’s mind control, being able to control the minds of his army of warrior priests across the City of Meridian. Kain can perceive the infinite paths of the timestream and eventually make sense of them in less than a century and not go insane from it.
