Obito can do a quite a number of hax
Such like kamui
and his rinnegan powers
ontop of the juubi abilties
like tsb and juubi dama
and it's really hard to imagine kratos countering most if not any of it

Obito couldn't use kamui, MS or the rinnegan abilities when he was a jinchuuriki
That was the weakness they exploited when they were able to fight him. He traded his hax for the juubi's hax and raw power but they were able to land hits on him (as long as they were physical or senjutsu-powered)

The Hilt of Dainsleif nullifies regeneration on the wounds it inflicts, He could maybe try and seal him with the Lindwyrm trap I guess?
What does Kratos scale to again in terms of stats?
Juubi and Juubito by proxy was bumped up to small planet level a while ago. He should also scale to mach 120k or so from base Momoshiki and Kinshiki flying through space.
The only ability Obito lost was Kamui phasing, his basic warping still works as proven by Juubidara using it.

Juubidara was different because he had a full master control over the Juubi’s power from the get go. Obito took several minutes trying to keep himself mentally and physically together and nearly died trying to learn it and none of the rinnegan abilities came into play (even though Preta and Deva completely nullify any threats to him and make him 100% untouchable to every character since they counter senjutsu and physical power) similarly with when he had the jinchuuriki because he couldn’t juggle those two power sources at once. Madara can because he’s Madara (and the rinnegan was his)
