Like I said on NF, God Cloth Aiolia with Draupnir (this thing) was still being pushed back by Loki, even after the other God Cloth Gold Saints sent him their cosmo. It took the additional cosmo of Asgard and its people, plus Aiolia burning his cosmo even more to finally overpower Loki.

A very powered-up God Cloth Gold Saint was required to beat Loki, basically

I'd argue Loki should be stronger, even though the final fight really didn't utilize everyone well

The feat I mentioned:

Loki was getting hit by the GS techs beforehand, but I chalk that up to him not trying as hard as he did in the end there. Any damage they did never stuck either.
