wait, it's possible to cheat out the hosting queue here? if someone told me so earlier kek, I will prepare something and then just snuggle my way in
 
you can only cheat the queue if the people ahead of you give the ok lol

Also the unranked stuff is obviously less strict than the ranked

Kind of want to host a quick small vanilla game:

- ranked
- 11 to 12 players
- can be a palette cleanser game before bigger stuff comes out
 
Actually gonna do 13 players:

I think this set up should be okay - 13 players, 8 town, 3 scum, 2 independents.

Too harsh for town?
the rule of thumb for vanilla/light games would be to allow as many mislynches + faction kills before reaching parity as mafia members are present.
with 3 mafia members present, town is allowed 3 mislynches, aka 6 losses including faction kills in order to reach a 4v3 (+ indies)

so adding 2 more town would sound better

yes, could also work out with 1 indie and 9 townies
but I am not to decide in the end, I know basic ratioing, but power role distribution and purpose of indies can allow non conventional ratioing
I think 15 players is fine
