Hercules definitely has the better on-screen feats but Maui's tatoos show him pulling islands from the sea and lasso'ing the sun (although how big the Sun is in Moanna verse is never shown).

Now Hercules did fare better against the Titans (even pre-Godhood) than Zeus and the Olympians did (his participation was literally the pre-requisite for Hades' plan failing) and Zeus did make that Hercules constellation so... :maybe

I'd go for Hercules here.

Even if you go by "Hercules has a tiny cosmology" (which IIRC, has still been contested) Hercules would still take it easily, as he was able to mess with the stars by flying past them (which even going from the planets we see in the movie is still insane). Maui does have a city level feat which I also calced but he's still not on the level of Hercules, and I recall no speed feats for Moana.
