Mikoto Misaka vs Nikola Tesla

Anyway, second round gives us Level 6 Misaka

Most notable thing for her is that at her strongest, IB was useless and even when the Dragons came out, it took several of them to suppress her attack



^ The white Angel Dragon just an arc later is shown to be able to devour the energy of black holes in space all on its own

+ the recent what if side story confirms Level 6 Shift Misaka is in the same weight class as Kazakiri and Winged Accelerator since she fights evenly with Shokuhou Misaki fused with Kazakiri

Putting her solidly above any Saints and in the Angel tier
 
So what kind of feats do Kazakiri and Winged Accelerator have? From what I remember of WW3 Gabriel was kicking everyone's ass all at the same time
 
Kazakiri could fight Gabriel better then anyone else but got overwhelmed when Gabriel just started spamming Sweep when she and Accel fight her two to one.

Later when Gabriel is beaten, Kazakiri and Accel both contained Gabriel’s self-destruction

The Shirou that was talked about was Prisma Illya Shirou, aka Miyuverse Shirou, the one who basically became Archer in stats and fought Angelica Ainsworth. Meaning that Miyuverse Shirou would be far more tanky and durable than Shirou normally is and Noble Phantasms aren't made by earthly materials of any kind nor do they obey physics(Again it's why Nikola Tesla isn't the strongest Servants by a metric ton) so even if Misaka's Electricity isn't normal, neither is Tesla's and he can't just murder someone in their magical energy generated armor.

So it looks like the full Sweep spell would be punching up towards Moon level. :hm
 
At least Planet level

Gabriel’s unrestricted Telesma would either vaporize the planet (I.e. literally described as a planet exploding on Earth’s surface) or send anything left out of the Solar System

And again, there’s the fact that multiple of Touma’s dragons were needed to stop Level 6 Misaka with first one shown in the video struggling and need to call reinforcements

I was talking about the Sweep calc in the thread that got linked. Kazakiri and Accelerator apparently took a weaker version but the full on was calced high enough for moon level.

Also this part was in reference to a scenario where Gabriel fully manifested, which they prevented from happening
 
Gunha was able to suppress enough of Final Stage Level 6 Misaka’s attack to clear a path for Touma and thought using his powers to the point of destroying himself in the process might be enough to stop the entire attack too

Lowest ranking Level 5 my ass

Was never fully manifested anyway

And even the weakest version of Gabriel, the one summoned in Angel Fall that Kanzaki would have been able to kill if she wanted to, still had enough Telesma to move every Celestial body in the Solar System

Yeah, that's my point. The "planet exploding on the surface of the earth" is a scenario that never happens.

It was an "oh shit if this happens we're all dead" thing, which they prevent

and it’s done just by releasing its Telesma

Any version of Gabriel seen (and fought) is still in the multi-planet level at least

The self-destruction Kazakiri and Accel contained scales to that as well

Her forcefields managed to contain Gabriel's explosion of power-
Pure white sphere of light exploded outwards, consuming everything in its path. Even if one closed their eyes, they would still have been blinded by that tremendous light. The pitch black night became a ceiling of pure brilliant white. Everything within a radius of several tens of kilometers should have become ash. This was not a simple explosion, but one of a Special Energy. It would not have been weird for some crazy side effects to be produced.

There was a very high chance that the explosion could have turned the surroundings into an uninhabitable wasteland. However, as the explosion expanded outwards, it started to warp unnaturally. The angel of science threw the gargantuan energy inside it at Accelerator, who manipulated the vectors inside that energy into a transparent shield and threw it around the ball of energy. Like a shell, it encased the explosion which had already expanded to 300 meters. Inside the shell, the energy from the explosion built up as the expanding light was trapped, unable to unleash its wrath on the land.

Containing that explosion prevented the destruction of the entire nation of Russia.
The water angel's explosion had been contained to a minimum.

Normally, everything would have been annihilated to the point of not even leaving dust behind for hundreds of kilometers, but he had managed to protect the land of Russia and the people who lived there.

Here is Accelerator tanking Sweep, though it managed to draw blood from him-
Within a radius of 2 kilometers, tens of millions of fiery meteors of destruction rained down. This was a perfect 'Heaven's Judgement', one that Accelerator's Vector Control could not hope to emulate.

"Wha-what?!"

Accelerator was unable to respond. To dodge or to try and take the attack head on? Before Accelerator could fully consider his options, the maelstrom of destruction was already upon him. Accelerator could no longer tell the sky from the ground. In the moment that he was hit by the attack, his body was flung ferociously around like a rag doll. Although Accelerator was able to lessen the damage with his Vector Control, he still tasted blood.

Then Gabriel proceeded to one-up that and launched the spell ten times in succession, unleashing ten separate volleys of Sweep on Accelerator once again-
Once again, the sky started flashing, and Accelerator was filled with foreboding. For the onslaught he had been through was just the initial 'shot' of the attack.

The archangel relentlessly pounded Accelerator with the fiery rain for another ten 'shots'.

Why is this relevant? Level 6 Shift Misaka is just as strong as Kazakiri is and fought her to a stalemate in a side-novel. To be more specific, Misaki absorbed Kazakiri and her powers completely to ascend to an angel-
She wanted a deep secret hidden in Academy City, which would be enough to resist Lightning Goddess Mikoto.

“The AIM diffusion field aggregation. Kazakiri-san, the science side’s shining golden angel, will be mine☆”

Fearsome light erupted in Academy City for a second time.

“No…you mustn’t force me out from the Imaginary Number District…kyahhhh!?”

During the process, Shokuhou thought she heard the voice of a shy (and a lot more rational than Mikoto or Shokuhou at the moment) girl, but she chose to ignore it.

The tremendous energy was helplessly controlled and stored within her. The air vibrated as Shokuhou’s silhouette greatly changed. She looked a lot like a golden glowing beauty goddess. She had shining angel wings growing from her back. No, were those were giant, sharp flower petals?

“Hwa ha☆”

The Queen laughed.

There was no wind, but her long blonde hair spread out to the sides as a brutal smile formed on her lips.

With a solid “clink!!”, a golden halo appeared above her head. It was in fact a wreath of flowers.

Misaka Mikoto had become a lightning goddess.

And there was another one. A goddess adorned in flowers had appeared and started clashing with the first goddess.

The catastrophe was slowly but surely approaching.

They probably weren’t even looking at the panicked people along the way. The two kaiju destroyed everything in their path as they collided and tangled together in a very lily-ish way.

Of course, this is a rather long fight that I can't post completely but did not end with anyone winning so long story short- Misaka is equivalent to Kazakiri in power who is continental to planetary when in Level 6 Shift.

I'm just drawing on the calcs from the thread that was posted

The high end calced for the complete Sweep was roughly 28 exatons, which is right on the edge of Moon level

The self-destruction they actually blocked was calced as below the incomplete Sweep (which was in the continent/multi-continental range at like 280 petatons)

The "throw the planet out of the Solar system" scenario, on the other hand, was pushing Large Planet. But that's the one they definitely couldn't handle and had to stop from happening or die.
 
Like Gabriel would totally hand Tesla his ass, thats more a fight for a Beast or Grand.

But Kazakiri was getting ragdolled by the lesser Sweep which isn't outside Tesla's full power wheelhouse. So if Misaka scales off her then she's not an unbeatable threat.

She should still have an advantage since I think Tesla scales lower than her on average exchanges (continent vs multi-continent) but System Keranous should be able to kill her.

So level 6 Misaka probably gets like 6 or 7 wins out of ten, with the others being "Pioneer of Stars gave Tesla plot armor long enough to SK her ass"
