Given what I've been able to find for the Valar & Morgorth, I was wondering how this'd go (also to run things by everyone). Morgoth and Ungoliant enter the DnD Multiverse. Scenario a) speed unequalized, scenario b) speed equalized. How far do they get?

They solo via quality What can these guys do?
As a Valar, Morgoth can control all the matter in Ea (and is thought that his corruption has touched everything in Ea).
The Nature of Middle Earth said:
The Valar has a command, great individually, almost complete as a united council, over the physical matter of Eä (the material universe).
Morgoth's Ring said:
Some indeed of the Eldar doubt that any special grace or blessing was accorded to them, other than admittance to Aman. For they hold that the failure of their hroar to endure in vitality unwearied as long as their fear - a process which was not observed until the later ages - is due to the Marring of Arda, and comes of the Shadow, and of the taint of Melkor that touches all the matter (or hroa) of Arda, if not indeed of all Ea.
Exists in multiple planes of existence simultaneously.
The Fellowship of the Ring said:
"Because these horses are born and bred to the service of the Dark Lord in Mordor. Not all his servants and chattels are wraiths! There are orcs and trolls, there are wargs and werewolves; and there have been and still are many Men, warriors and kings, that walk alive under the Sun, and yet are under his sway. And their number is growing daily."
"What about Rivendell and the Elves? Is Rivendell safe?"
"Yes, at present, until all else is conquered. The Elves may fear the Dark Lord, and they may fly before him, but never again will they listen to him or serve him. And here in Rivendell there live still some of his chief foes: the Elven-wise, lords of the Eldar from beyond the furthest seas. They do not fear the Ringwraiths, for those who have dwelt in the Blessed Realm live at once in both worlds, and against both the Seen and the Unseen they have great power."
I'm not sure about speed, but it is noted that Melkor visited the other regions of Ea (and he's still aware of the happenings in Arda). He can also shed and manifest his material form (although this may be a power he looses in time).
Ainulindalë said:
And there was strife between Melkor and the other Valar; and for that time Melkor withdrew and departed to other regions and did there what he would; but he did not put the desire of the Kingdom of Arda from his heart...Then Melkor saw what was done, and that the Valar walked on Earth as powers visible, clad in the raiment of the World, and were lovely and glorious to see...His envy grew then the greater within him; and he also took visible form, but because of his mood and the malice that burned in him that form was dark and terrible. And he descended upon Arda in power and majesty greater than any of the other Valar, as a mountain that wades in the sea and has its head above the clouds and is clad in ice and crowned with smoke and fire...
Morgoth can manifest in forms that are alien to people (elves, humans, dwarves, hobbits, etc). However, this is a power Morgoth may have lost by spreading his evil intent.
The Nature of Middle Earth said:
[Q.fana] was used of the "raiment" or "veils" in which the Valar presented themselves. These were the bodily forms (like those of Elves and Men), as well as any further vestures, in which the Valar were self-incarnated. These fanar they assumed when after their demiurgic activities they came and dwelt in Arda ('the Realm'), that is the Earth; and they did so because of their love and yearning for the "Children of Eru", for whom they were teo prepare the world, and for a time to govern it. The future forms of the bodies of Elves and Men the knew, though they had no part in their making. In these forms they presented themselves to the Elves (though they could assume other and wholy alien shapes), appearing usually as persons of majestic (but not gigantic) stature.
The more Morgoth spread his evil though, the weaker he became and the more bound to Arda (the planet/solar system). Even as such, he's prophesized to return and destroy the Sun and the Moon.
The Shaping of Middle-Earth said:
Thus spake the prophecy of Mandos, which he declared in Valmar at the judgement of the Gods, and the rumour of it was whispered among all the Elves of the West: when the world is old and the Powers grow weary, then Morgoth shall come back through the Door out of the Timeless Night; and he shall destroy the Sun and the Moon, but Earendel shall come upon him as a white flame and drive him from the airs. Then shall the last battle be gathered on the fields of Valinor.
I will post more on Ungoliant soon.

Now for Ungoliant (and a few more notes on Morgoth/Melkor). Ungoliant created an Unlight around herself which not even Manwe's vision (chief of the Valar) could see through.
Of the Darkening of Valinor said:
A cloak of darkness she wove about them when Melkor and Ungoliant set forth: an Unlight, in which things seemed to be no more, and which eyes could not pierce, for it was void. Then slowly she wrought her webs: rope by rope from cleft to cleft, from jutting rock to pinnacle of stone, ever climbing upwards, crawling and clinging, until at last she reached the very summit of Hyarmentir, the highest mountain in that region of the world, far south of great Taniquetil. There the Valar were not vigilant; for west of the Pelóri was an empty land in twilight, and eastward the mountains looked out, save for forgotten Avathar, only upon the dim waters of the pathless sea.
Of the Darkening of Valinor said:
But Manwë from his high seat looked out, and his eyes alone pierced through the night, until they saw a Darkness beyond dark which they could not penetrate, huge but far away, moving now northward with great speed; and he knew that Melkor had come and gone.
Ungoliant devours the sap of the Two Trees and grows to a monstrous size, and even Morgoth becomes afraid of her.
Of the Darknening of Valinor said:
And in that very hour Melkor and Ungoliant came hastening over the fields of Valinor, as the shadow of a black cloud upon the wind fleets over the sunlit earth; and they came before the green mound Ezellohar. Then the Unlight of Ungoliant rose up even to the roots of the Trees, and Melkor sprang upon the mound; and with this black spear he smote each Tree to its core, wounded them deep, and their sap poured forth as it were their blood, and going then from Tree to Tree she set her black beak to their wounds, till they were drained; and the poison of Death that was in her went into their tissues and withered them, root, branch, and leaf; and they died. And still she thirsted, and going to the Wells of Varda she drank them dry; but Ungoliant belched forth black vapours as she drank, and swelled to a shape so vast and hideous that Melkor was afraid.
It's from the Tree of Telperion that Varda created the other planets of the Solar System.
Of the Coming of Elves and the Captivity of Melkor said:
Then Varda went forth from the council, and she looked out from the height of Taniquetil, and beheld the darkness of Middle-earth beneath the innumerable stars, faint and far. Then she began a great labour, greatest of all the works of the Valar since their coming into Arda. She took the silver dews from the vats of Telperion, and therewith she made new stars and brighter against the coming of the Firstborn; wherefore she whose name out of the deeps of time and the labours of Eä was Tintallë, the Kindler, was called after by the Elves Elentári, Queen of the Stars. Carnil and Luinil, Nénar and Lumbar, Alcarinquë and Elemmírë she wrought in that time, and many other of the ancient stars she gathered together and set as signs in the heavens of Arda: Wilwarin, Telumendil, Soronúmë, and Anarríma; and Menelmacar with his shining belt, that forebodes the Last Battle that shall be at the end of days. And high in the north as a challenge to Melkor she set the crown of seven mighty stars to swing, Valacirca, the Sickle of the Valar and sign of doom.
It is told that even as Varda ended her labours, and they were long, when first Menelmacar strode up the sky and the blue fire of Helluin flickered in the mists above the borders of the world, in that hour the Children of the Earth awoke, the Firstborn of Ilúvatar. By the starlit mere of Cuiviénen, Water of Awakening, they rose from the sleep of Ilúvatar; and while they dwelt yet silent by Cuiviénen their eyes beheld first of all things the stars of heaven. Therefore they have ever loved the starlight, and have revered Varda Elentári above all the Valar.
There's been debate in the past about the nature of the celestial bodies made from the fruit of the Trees, but hopefully this will put it to rest; there is nothing in the beliefs and traditions of the Men and Elves that seriously contradicts present human notions of the Solar System, and its size and position in relation to the rest of the Universe.
Morgoth's Ring said:
The traditions here referred to have come down from the Eldar of the First Age, through Elves who never were directly acquainted with the Valar, and through Men who received 'lore' from the Elves, but who had myths and cosmogonic legends, and astronomical guesses, of their own. There is, however, nothing in them that seriously conflicts with present human notions of the Solar System, and its size and position relative to the Universe.
Not only is there infinite space within Ea, but also infinite time.
Letter to Carole Batten-Phelps said:
It was written slowly and with great care for detail, & finally emerged as a Frameless Picture: a searchlight, as it were, on a brief episode in History, and on a small part of our Middle-earth, surrounded by the glimmer of limitless extensions in time and space.
There's a few more things I'm hoping to look into, but for now I think that's most of the big stuff.

Idk about speed but from the sound of it they reach Greater God territory pretty easily. They definitely have way better firepower but it doesn't seem like they have the hax to hang with them which will probably be their downfall here.
