What would be the civilizations with the most technological advancement in fiction?

I mean more by technology than that they are "magical" or "omnipotents" like and that it is the civilization as a whole and not that a single member is a super genius who creates a lot of technology, as would be Dr Gero or Bulma in Dragon Ball.

Count post-humans, future humans, alien, other-dimensional, robots civilizations or whatever are worth it.

well they did manage to drive away Unicron once, and i dont remember them having a matrix, so that has to count for something

The Chozo from Metroid. Ancient race known for their highly advanced biotechnology and architecture. Power suits, advanced weapons, and the ability to manipulate biological organisms.

The Dwemer from The Elder Scrolls. Ancient race with advanced steam and tonal technology. Mechanical constructs, advanced metallurgy, automatons, and powerful artifacts.

Some of their cities were built outside the confines of reality itself, and they had constructs that were bigger on the inside than they were on the outside, which not even Daedric Princes could see into. Their final and greatest creation was the Numidium, a giant robot capable of bending time itself (leading to Dragon Breaks, where linear time ends, alternate timelines overlap and the laws of the universe are rewritten), which serves as a Tower (multidimensional axis mundi which helps sustain the Mundus, the material plane). Even on a much lesser scope, they are capable of making traps that trigger colossal earthquakes, building underwater structures, airships and more.

The Eridians from Borderlands. They created multiple megastructures, and were able to affect the stars themselves. Their greatest creation was the Grand Vault, a prison for a planet-sized interdimensional horror that would eventually devour the entire universe (this planet later came to be known as Pandora). Their technology is able to convert matter to energy, make prisons in other dimensions, design biomechanical kaiju capable of wiping out all life on a planet and more.

Previous Era Civilization of Honkai Impact 3rd, they develop some of the most advance technology that even after 50 000 years, was the peak of the technology in the current era. Including the creation of Weapons capable of creating real black holes, Super nova level flames, absolute zero ice, time related powers like slow time or time stop, genetical alteration of the human body to be super soldiers capable of fighting against extra dimensional monsters, space-time travel vehicles, spaceships, etc.

Original People from Houshin Engi, they are an alien civilization that lost they planet in an internal conflict and travel to the earth billions years prior the actual events of the Houshin Project and Yin war. They create the Paopeis that are capable of messing with the laws of the physics, like creating pocket dimensions, manipulate the time, being able of affect the soul or even erase the existence of someone, Probability manipulation to denied the probability of something to exist, inter dimensional travel and space ships at the size of mountains, islands and even small planets.
