The Black Demon vs the Pink Puffball

Neo is in his Neo-Acacia state (or whatever his strongest version was) while Kirby has unrestricted access all of his copy abilities.

Fight takes place on a copy of Toriko's world populated solely with beasts and random kirby enemies that either side can devour at will. The beasts can defend themselves but will not otherwise interfere.

I'm almost positive Kirby has a speed advantage here? Probably only with his star though.
