Scenario 1: 616 Doom with knowledge and prep time vs Barry allen and Hal jordan. Barry and Hal have basic knowledge.*
In character but willing to subdue or kill, if it comes to it.

Scenario 2: God emperor Doom vs kingdom come Barry and Hal

Will the same outcome happen?

even with Prep Time there is no way Doctor Doom can compete with Hal’s sheer dumb luck and god-defying stubborness that would put any shonen protag to shame
