He has to auto 3 people or he just instantly kills your tank because he inflicts phys vuln up, dark damage vuln up and light damage vuln up
if someone gets hit by Exaflare edge they explode and kill everyone in the raid
Exaflare Edge is his first major mechanic and getting even clipped by one of the aoe's will just automatically kill you

...Well shit. Apparently they just decided he needed to earn being the most broken Summon in FFVII and you need to earn your win.
Funny part is he's solo for that portion of the fight
