If the calc for the Mercury feat from GOH is correct and it really is small galaxy level. Wouldn't that make this OPM feat Galaxy+ or something? Cause if the blast really did nuke those stars the blast would have to travel lightyears to do so.

it's not an outlier when it's a brand new feat indicating x character got stronger tbh it's just plain old power creep
I only ever watched a handful of Yu-Gi-Oh episodes, and I only remember playing Yu-Gi-Oh once (I lost to Exodia the Forbidden One). May he rest in peace. 
If it happens again ill change my mind but currently it seems like 100% a outlier
