Tbf Omni-Man vs Homelander wasn't liked because it was an intentional stomp, it's because Homelander is just a really hateable villain everyone wants to see punched.
Can't speak on Chosen Undead, but the Dragonborn is obviously 'took an arrow in the knee' tier.
