Direct attacks on civilians is obviously never a good thing but it’s also playing with fire. Either it leads to more hate and division with Russians as Putin’s war now outright threatens them directly as it continues or it could backfire and further his cause by unifying more of Russia into believing Ukraine is the terrorist state Putin has been painting it to justify his war
