They avoided Christopher Houghton in LA during VtMB because he canonically never shows up unless someone really starts fucking with his city, and a single blown up tower isnt enough to get his attention. And as a Methusalah in Blood, with Aupex, he would 100% know the Sarcophagus was BS. Rudy I dont think they can avoid since he is written as a SI by one of the writers, and would 100% show up. He's closer to Beckett, only somehow even more annoying and blatantly an SI.

Oh, and the dude somehow is respected by Kindred for standing up for Catiff and Kine as a Neonate, and is still alive and not Diabolirzed. Even among the Anarchs, that shit would get you staked and left out for the Sun

Anything about Toriyama wanting to end the series early is made up by fans. It’s one of those BS rumors, like “Toriyama said Gohan was the strongest unfused character in Z”

He never intended to end the series before the Buu arc
