Even CARTOON Twilight Sparkle straight up killed King Sombra, not even the comics version where you might expect something like that to happen, this was in the show.
Omegamon deletes him, Vegeta finger flicks him, Vader force chokes him etc.
The Death Battle participants I know who wouldn't kill him would largely be down to an inability, not an unwillingess to do so.
Some real brain melting shit, because clearly, he has lost a number of braincells in the making of that post.
