That's basically what it was because I never even heard of their asses being a feud before, let alone a feud that would involve a Death Match in any fashion...
It just further shows how ice cold AEW is but then a PPV happens and you have idiots pretending this will get asses in seats... and it doesn't because AEW didn't fucking build shit to WHY this would matter and WHY they should care about these wrestlers.

That's always been AEW's biggest issue and Tony Khan, these wrestlers or these fans will never understand why no one would care for shit like that.

The only wrestler I'd even mildly accept having this kind of emotional showing during a press conference or a promo, is Chris Benoit's son, David Benoit, for obvious reasons. And even then, only once.

As for being larger than life, ain't no way MJF is going to be that. Dude's also always had thin skin, from what I've looked up. Can dish it out, but can't take it, outside an obviously scripted segment, or when he knows the wrestler doesn't actually mean it, and it's just a bit. Just him being told to fuck off back to Israel one time by a fan, was enough to have him lose his shit. And that shit is not only tame compared to what could've been spewed his way, but has also been thrown at many wrestlers before, at some point, when in somewhere foreign to their homeland, and they didn't make a big deal out of it.

I would put in Brian Pillman Jr. as another wrestler who can probably do it but honestly looking at him, I doubt it.

That's not even the worst part, the worst part is that real life surgeons, scientists and otherwise would have NEVER done what they did to actually try and get samples for Ellie for a cure because that shit would KILL HER and they would have not sacrifice such a subject because "It's the only way".
So The Fireflies was incompetent as shit and the sequel has the gall AND the temerity to pretend that no, none of those other subjects didn't exist(When they clearly did in the logs), pretend that somehow the dude was right and a cure could be made(when no real life anyone would do that shit due to how fucking stupid, dangerous and a hypothetical nightmare it would be) and the sheer logistics would make it impossible because at best, it would just be a VACCINE, not a CURE.

Seriously, I think TLOU franchise is overrated to hell with many pitfalls but I can atleast like the unique concept for the Zombies... but there's no way in hell any of the shit Neil tries to forcibly sell you with The Fireflies or Abby as a whole make any sense at all(I LOVE people saying Abby's physique make sense because "There's training equipment and lots of food" when Abby would have to eat most of that which would not be cool even if there was "plenty" and train herself constantly for days to keep that shit and she would STILL get her ass beat by any serious dude :hestonpls )

As that clip shows, ask any actual expert in the fields of medical science or doctors, and they'll tell you what that braindead buffoon was about to do was insanely idiotic and far from 'the only way' they could've done it. Neil Assmann just wanted to have a fap session to his ideals as a jewish man, and sacrificed any semblance of logic and good storytelling to give us Ellie's stupid as hell complex that makes no sense, as well as the entire character of Abby, while glorifying the incompetent fireflies.

Yep resources would simply too scarce for her to ever attain that physique without actively stealing most, if not all, of the food they find which would result in her being fucking murdered by the rest of her people very quickly.

Add on this the pathetic attempts to make you feel sorry for her dad because he "saved an animal" as if that changes the fact he was absolutely willing to kill a child to POSSIBLY make a vaccine out of her. :kobeha

Oh and look at how much of a piece of shit Ellie is for killing the pregnant girl who should have been no where near there, who attacked Ellie first and whom Ellie had no idea was pregnant until after that? :mjpls

The Last of Us really wanted to portray a complex moral quandary but failed to close all of the logical loopholes associated with it.

You're supposed to take for granted that the choice is between Ellie and the world, because that's what the writers are trying to ask of the player, but that choice does not exist in a vacuum.

The reality of the story the player is told paints the Fireflies as dangerously incompetent and desperate lunatics about to murder their only shot at a vaccine in a procedure no actual doctor could possibly approve. They deserved everything Joel threw at them.

That's exactly the point and they NEVER answer that question and just focus on the food and the gym as if that's enough on it's own and not counting shit like supplements, steroid usage or anything else.
It's even more retarded for the calorie intake because people tend to miss that bodybuilders and the like has to eat ALOT of food so it can be burned off in the right fashion to get the muscles they need(To put it plainly, you need like around 5K+ Calories to do so which would be the equivalent of an extra 3 meals at best) and if we even ENTERTAIN the notion that the Fireflies has that much food to go around as a whole? Then how the fuck is there an apocalypse in the first place?!
