The sequel bait, was Kuroki Gensai vs Yujiro, and the prisoners appearing, who at this point, are fodder in Baki.w8 wat sequel?
The only thing anyone would care about, is the former, which is an utter stomp in Yujiro's favor, but hey, as you said, Blade, turn your brain off. Just enjoy the nonsense for what it is.
