I agree that most Shonen these days are hot ass garbage that people desperately pretend is peak(MHA and JJK especially) and it especially gets irritating that each and every one of them gets wanked out the ass for absolutely no reason at all.
VS. debates are a niche hobby even with the success of Death Battle, not helped that everyone thinks their opinion is correct and they never even try to hold themselves accountable.

I've been looking at the spoilers for Boruto recently and yeah, Kishimoto/Ikemoto has ran out of ideas so badly, they are reusing ideas while just making bullshit up the entire time.
Hashirama Cells make their glorious return... in the form of the Cells of Shibai Otsutsuki and Kara got his Cells to inherit his Divine Powers... and Kashin Koji literally has a discount The Almighty, I shit you not
Daimon, Eida and Code's powers also come from Shibai so again, really reusing Hashirama Cells to their fullest eh? And all of Boruto's new and glorious jutsu? Kashin Koji taught him all of his FUTURE Jutsu immediately to avoid the bad future he foresaw(Seriously what is this garbage?).
Himawari just has the ability to heal people on a dime... way to shit on Medic Ninja on top of all of the other bullshit she just learns(Seriously, why turn HER of all characters into a Mary Sue?), Sasuke actually died becoming a Tree Man only for the villains to revive Sasuke to create a new Divine Tree...
Man, this is some of the saddest shit I have ever heard...

The anime ain't ever coming considering it's sales died harder than Bleach did when it's anime ended and unlike Bleach, it has only made money when it was more packaged with Naruto overall than Boruto itself.
