I mean, that's extremely obvious by how it sounds extremely American, any Japanese person who is within anime know that Japanese Female Voice Actresses tend to be extremely open about their degen fantasies(including shotacon) but Males don't say nowhere near as close to that and most importantly.
They know that Shotacon and Lolicon is degen... but they also know it's not real and ****philes don't care for fake shit, they want the real McCoy.
