The irony of associating minorities with all manner of vile, subhuman creatures throughout fiction is totally lost to these leftoid retards writing this slop

 
I’m actually wondering how much this will backfire with even Muslims from seeing the obvious parallels between Hell and the Middle East and themselves being compared to demons of all things in this show.
 
Yes, and let the actually good animators at these studios work on something better.

What the hell is even that? I actually wanted to close that the moment Dante started his monologue, even the cringe wasn't worth it.
How did this get accepted by people? Did they all go "yeah, we put a 'yo mama joke', a reference and another reference' and look at this funny scene" and expect people to do anything else but puke?
With this level of "quality", they shouldn't even write fanfics at home.

Motherfucker can't even adapt Devil May Cry which should have been the easiest thing in the world, I certainly wouldn't trust him to adapt games like Final Fantasy. He'd be accusing Squall of "mansplaining" Rinoa when it had nothing to do with that and everything to do with her being a civilian who was out of her depth and him being the super soldier with actual training.

Not to mention Ultimecia would almost certainly end up a sympathetic villain who was tormented by the EVIL SEED or some shit.

Johnny did the best he could with what he was given but yeah, in WHAT world would Dante of all people need to resort to making a "Yo Mama" joke? That's Donte levels of fucking cringe.

He would also NEVER refer to himself as a superhero, not even jokingly. ESPECIALLY at this point in his life when his sole goal is revenge on demons for his mother's death and he's not even sure what the fuck he is.
 
 
I've never enjoyed the jokes in those shows. castlevania had some fun jokes in season one, but that was characters making fun of each other, until it derailed in season 2.

Wouldnt johnny get a say in it? like "hey, im not ok with saying this line. dante wouldnt say that." or was it a jake skywalker situation, where hamill objects against choices with his character and ryan says its fine cause its part of his vision.

it takes longer to rebuild a characters reputation. just look at captain marvel
