Sonic is a popular IP, so he gets to fight an A Lister like Darkseid in this upcoming crossover. RWBY meanwhile isn’t nearly as popular and they had to fight a D List Flash villain in their crossover with DC

Well, the crossover movies and comic didn't do much to help RWBY. With making Batman a whiny teen who wanted to call it quits (amongst other dumb decisions) and having the B plot of that movie all about Jessica Cruz and Jaune.
But that's what happens when the people involved don't want to make things popular.
Okay, even as a Priest FAN, I have to say Triple H is taking the piss at this point with how this man gets booked.
He should have gotten rolled up for the W that Shinsuke sorely NEEDS at this point, via the distraction from Drew with the story being that the shoe would be on the other foot at this point (ie Priest is too focused on Drew as opposed to what's in front of him). Then he basically no-sells a Claymore to the point Drew needed Shinsuke's help to get the upper hand.
I get you like the guy Triple H (I do too) and you want him to look strong and I understood what the point of this was but, even though Drew stood tall at the end, it just made him and Nakamura look weak. THIS shit right here is why people are turning on Priest.
Drew HAS to WIN this match at Wrestlemania just to be clear. You can get to building Priest back up afterwards but Drew needs the W here.

I don't necessarily think that it needs to be SAVED because it's not going to be a main event anyway but for certain, Jey needs to be doing something other than just YEETING or getting laid out every week 'cause Gunther is carrying this shit at the moment.
Gunther bringing Axiom out there and having a much better match than what Jey is gonna give us certainly didn't help.
The backstage stuff with him being frustrated over everyone writing him off is good but the people doing this who he proves wrong need to be a significant step up from mid-card as fuck A-Town Down Under.
What the fuck does beating Theory or Waller prove? Try beating people who actually matter or at least get one over on Gunther like Tiffy did with Charlotte this week.
Some kind of stipulation wouldn't hurt either, I'm probably gonna enjoy it either way but it could certainly be a lot better than it is.
Honestly I actually appreciated the anime slowing shit down to an extent because the start of the manga felt pretty rushed. Did they go a little overboard? Sure but Asta still comes off as a gigachad in both versions either way.
