Do we have any particularly good reasons for ignoring the claim that Haku's Crystal Ice Mirror jutsu is lightspeed?

Especially now that we know for a fact that ninjutsu can generate lightspeed phenomena like Madara's laser spit. Or Shi's genjutsu that is literally just a flash grenade. Haku's technique is clearly meant to be turning him into a reflection or allowing him to behave exactly like one. He moves...
