Probably tampered with. As I said there‘s 3 ways if not more he could have been messed with.
 
I feel like just using my Governor and confirming myself as non Mafia to shut up that distancing nonsense accusation, but I want a lynch today.

Your governor is straight up scummy AF.
If you use it to save Ratchet we just gonna lynch you.
 
The thing with the governor is we cant ever really test it out which means Flower just gets to maintain her status, I really do think she's the serial
