To take a page out of Magics book, why would she do that as scum? Flower has claimed like 5 different things so far this game, all of them unprompted from the start, all while being in line with her town meta, especially the activity part of it. Has she ever powerwolfed like that before?

It's a general thing. He's got opinions and stands by them and goes at people for disagreeing with him. While I don't agree with just about everything he's saying, as scum I expect him to mainly duck any relevant talking points and spout a whole lot of nothing.
