I've read that Oda was involved in discussions about the script for over 2 years, but he's not credited as the writer nor could I find anything that says he was directly involved in writing some of it.

Cause like I said Sanji's eyebrow and Shunsui's but Jimbei is in it. They could just easily fix that.
