I’m sure he had the idea of Nika, but I don’t think he had the name yet.

I think it was somewhere in Fishman Island where he started getting the names. That’s where Joyboy was named and one of Hachi’s Daughters I think was named Nika and there was a parallel with Luffy, I think.
