Very much doubt he suppassed him yet, considering who he is.

He should be at the same level as Luffy, give or take some strength deviations. I doubt he’s at Prime WB/Roger level right now.

I meant the Marines can cut their losses. Koby was a known member of sword so Blackbeard actually didn’t have any bargaining power. But Garp is THE hero of the marines

Robin's fruit would be pretty busted when in a combo with virtually any other powerful fruit.

100 limbs firing off Gura quakes or magma fists would be devastating, add that her DF can make full body clones without even being awakened and you've got something truly potent when paired right. Robin + Sugar + Absalom for the pure cheese hax. Perona + Blueno + Kizaru would be another busted one assuming the astral projection can use the logia, camp the body in another dimension and have your astral projection take care of business firing off lasers.

Brook + Orochi + Marco would be a potent combo for pure survivability.

My 12 year old nephew was in town this past month and I discovered he's a One Piece fan, though an anime only who has only reached Marineford.

Takes from a casual pleb watching the anime for the first time with no outside influence from forums to pollute their mind:

-Luffy is his favorite character, 2nd is Dragon, and 3rd is Shanks

-Strawhat power ranking:
1. Luffy
2. Zoro
3. Sanji
4. Robin
5. Franky
6. Brook
7. Nami
8. Usopp
9. Chopper

-Sanji is almost equal to Zoro and Franky is almost equal to Robin. Chopper is worthless and good for nothing, even Usopp would humiliate him.

-Sanji is far more useful than Zoro because he has other talents and is smart while Zoro is a liability outside of combat for getting lost.

-Mihawk must be stronger than Shanks because he's the Strongest Swordsman and doesn't find Shanks worth fighting anymore

-Sengoku is the strongest Marine because he has the most impressive DF and leads the pack.

-Whitebeard is the strongest character because the story said so, and thinks Dragon is likely the 2nd strongest.

-Top 5 strongest
1. Whitebeard
2. Dragon
3. Sengoku
4. Garp
5. Mihawk

-Zoro probably defeats Kid or Law because he needed to be reminded who those two are. Zoro won't fall for their DF tricks because he knows how to fight without a sword.

-Captain Jack Sparrow could give a good fight to Luffy because he's crafty and skilled with a sword.

-He doesn't like Ace

-He can't wait until he catches up because there must be plenty of epic moments of Dragon in action by now.

Now that the Japanese RAWs are available, here's translations of a few sentences which more accurately reflects what was said compared to the very early scan we got last week. Thanks to sandman for the translation and clarifications.

Saturn to Kizaru

Saturn: "The Frontier Dome has a 'laser' interception system, right? And you are 'light'...can you get in?"

Kizaru: "Honestly I could, but my friend is protecting Vegapunk down below."

Saturn: "You can easily bypass him."

Kizaru: "If I ignore the determination of the man who stands in my way, I will lose face. Let me at least be reasonable." *

* Translation by sandman. Kizaru wants to fight Sentomaru because he thinks that's what someone who has strong determination and resolve deserves, "running away from the fight" wouldn't be cool in Kizaru's opinion.

Luffy at the end
