I tend not like Gag only characters.
I didn't really like Buggy until Cross Guild.
he feels like less of a gag character to me I guess because he’s still a real part of the world that keeps getting involved in things. He’s kind of like a more realistic version of King in OPM in a way, which is both funnier to me and more engaging
