Can barely even remember shit about Pain but you have to be truly fucking terrible to be worse than Aizen and I don't remember Pain being that bad so I'm voting for him.

Pain doesn't even crack top 3 villains of his series, give Aizen a real challenge like Madara

Let's not forget that his Reiatsu alone would overpower Pain and his dupes with ease
