Yes. I remember Ophiuchus creating the universe and Valdes saying something like "My power is that of the universe" in the last episode of Max Heart (I don't know if this is a mistake or what). There are other universal feats for Pretty Cure? Because the current ones (Hirogaru) are town level. And I remember that Goyan destroyed Earth by unleashing his power.
