If Rama had no access to guns in both scenarios, then yeah, IP Man would easily stomp lol and @Paxton uses 1/4th of his rep power to overcome them both in the bonus round

Tough one.

If it was just an unarmed fight, Ip Man takes it more often than not with superior skill and technique.

You would have to give Rama his weapons in order for him to actually have a real shot at winning in my opinion.
