Could Yuisen being capable of permanent ""kill"" Celestine and prevent her comeback from the faith of the Sororitas and the Imperium soldiers?
Also how hight Celestine scale in speed and attack potency? Like i remeber her being variable in relation of the faith in the battle field no?

No, But if Celestine is obliterated or dismembered it may take decades or centuries for her to revive so it would be a lose.

Celestine must have better reactions than veteran Space Marines who react in microseconds.
And should also be stronger than the Elite Daemons who reacted in 6 nanoseconds.

She’s been able to damage (or could if she wanted) Planet level opponents like Gabriel and she’s faster (FTL in combat speed off her Dragon’s Breath feat + scaling to both Touma and Misaka ) + Yuisen for a one-hit slice as well
