If we're counting all the dinosaurs in fiction they don't even make the top ten, but they're up there.

D&D has the Elder Dinosaurs that are on par with the Tarrasques.
Not sure about the strongest but there’s a Jurassic League (Dino Justice League)
Also even though it's on the lower end of things (but still relevant to the topic of older vidya) if we go by Boruto only feats then the Godzilla knockoff dude from War of the Monsters should wreck him too if that counts because I remember some town+/city level shit from that game 
Not that I know of.
There aren't many true Dinosaur Digimon to begin with, most of the ones who resemble Dinosaurs actually being considered dragons among other things, and the ones that are Dinosaurs aren't exactly the most stand out of Digimon.
