Unicron avatars/instances probably would, especially the stronger ones, but IDW is like the cartoon in that it's not part of the gestalt god-entity

he was connected to every star in the galaxy and was eating thousands of them at a time and he also ate a supermassive black hole. Much stronger than anything in the cartoons barring maybe Tornedron

To put this into perspective for Chaos' hax, it's based off the Authorities that would later come from the Protogenoi, The Titans and then the Olympian Pantheon of the Nasuverse.
That would include the basis of Helios and Apollo's Authority(being able to use the powers of the Sun), Aphrodite and her ability to fuck with your Mind(including Mind Control potent enough to effortlessly control Servants and nearly drive Ritsuka insane easily), Artemis and her Madness(which, as seen from Caligula... is potent as hell), Demeter and her absurd regen and immortality, etc. etc.
Basically if you know what we talked about with Lostbelt Zeus, he's basically a Mini-Chaos TO Chaos itself.
G1 cartoon and comic Unicron are completely different
Cartoon Unicron isn't a part of the singularity, he isn't a part of the godmind or whatever you want to call it, he caps out at deep into planet level
While marvel g1 is what established Unicron as a universe devouring god. Technically speaking even though Marvel Unicron was written as universal, all the multiversal and beyond feats we see later scale to it because true Unicron has been nerfed since Primus tricked him back in the marvel days
So Marvel is technically prime Unicron and he'd scale to all the omniversal shit from Prima's star saber etc. We've just never seen prime Unicron again since that comic

Mindfuck is somewhat viable but it has to be pretty potent. Part of what beat IDW Unicron was channelling the minds and souls of billions upon billions of people towards the guy inside of Unicron that built him in this universe. What that did was pretty much convince him to let Optimus and himself die together and then Unicron ate himself with his own black hole lol

Chaos's most dangerous shit is his main functionality , which is the ability to fuck with concepts, as in breaking down even abstract concepts and turning them into fuel. Also its space/time BS which made it virtually impossible for people to reach him for an attack until a Grand Servant used his authority to carve a path to it ( do remember that Chaldea doubted that they were gonna succesfully reach him after multiple Zero Sails ) . Zeus also has these abilities but they're locked by his limiters and doesn't get to use them.

idw Unicron eats black holes so I'm not sure the spacetime stuff would be an issue, but he doesn't have any way to deal with conceptual manipulation. In IDW only Shockwave can arguably do that

The Black Hole at the Center of the Milky Way is just about galaxy level (the list says for the entire milky way but nearly all of the galaxy's mass is the black hole so)

the black hole he ate wasn't in the milky way it was somewhere else, he's just connected to every star in the milky way via quantum tunnelling ( I don't actually know what this means)

Super Perm Banned Modquantum tunelling = part of the quantum manipulation mechanism, it is when gravity collapses in on itself and brakes the law of conservation of energy or mass as well as a bunch of other laws to essentially go to a desired location, imagine the singularity that made the universe each time matter managing to phase out of the singularity, the chance all matter,energy,forces can escape together at the same time is not impossible and once it starts it just keeps going
