Kaito Goshikida, a.k.a Zenkaiser. He fought against God, who created the (infinite) Sentai multiverse and helped Tojitendo create technology that allowed them to trap universes in gears. By the way, Kaito defeated God with a Jankenpo game.

Pachinko Player can use pachinko balls as weapons. He can also turn his enemies into a big Pachinko ball for a few seconds.

According to Daigo, Pachinko Player is the strongest monster they fought. Pachinko Player can create explosions and fight against two Dairanger at the same time.
Shadam can posses Gorma monsters. He uses this ability to control Pachinko Player because he wasn't taking the battle seriously, just like his american counterpart. In giant form, Pachinko Player can smash a building with a single punch.
Kibaranger, affected by the Gorma blood, fights against the five Dairanger and shows he is stronger than them together.
Pachinko Player is very durable and strong. He takes all of Ryuseioh's hits and can damage the robot and several buildings with a single lightning.
Daijinryuu appears on Earth to stop the war between Gorma and Dairanger. The war was affecting the order in the cosmos. Daijinryuu is ally of noone. He is like a force of nature. The giant mecha was created by the same universe to serve as a force of order. He will destroy everything if the universe's order is in serious danger.
Daijinryuu's presence darkens the skies. His body can emit lightnings. And he destroyed windows and buildings just by flying near them. He also damages Ryuseioh and Pachinko Player just by flying near them. He also causes an earthquake by flying near the earth.
Kameo says that Daijinryuu will destroy Earth if necessary.
Daijinryuu undoes Shadam's possesion just by stomping the ground.
Daijinryuu can shoot a blast that destroyed 88 km of Tokyo. The Dairanger, Kameo and Ryuseioh survived this.

Master Kaku, in order to stop the war, decides to go to the Gorma Palace and convince Gorma XV to stop the war. Kaku can use Youryoku. He defeats Shadam, Gara and Zydos by just releasing it.
Dairenoh and Pachinko Player fight. The monster is very difficult to defeat for the mecha, confirming the fact that he is stronger that all the monster Dairenoh defeated in the past. Suddenly, Daijinryuu, who was destroying Los Angeles, appears in Tokyo and kills Pachinko Player with a stomp. Daijinryuu, with a lightning, defeats Dairenoh and undoes the mecha fusion. Daijinryuu is the only one who manages to do this.
Daimugen is able to survive a kick from Daijinryuu and the weight of 500.000 tons. But the giant robot is much for Daimugen and he is about to be crushed by the robot god. In a interview with Noboru Takemoto, Daijinryuu also exist in Gokaitopia (the Gokaiger's universe). And he says that the reason Daijinryuu never appeared during the Legend Wars was because it must have been destroyed by Zangyack or that Daijinryuu seees order in Zangyack. He also sees a relationship between Daijinryuu and the Starbeasts from Gingaman. He said that Daijinryuu can bee a Starbeast since they share the same mission.
He also put Daijinryuu amongst the three most powerful beings of Super Sentai. Those three beings are Long, N Ma and Daijinryuu (The interview was made during Gokaiger). He also said that Daijinryuu must be the strongest since it was never defeated or sealed.

Sorry I skipped several episodes of Megaranger, but I wanted to talk about Bee Nejire, a monster that can attack several cities from space with lightnings.
Bee Nejire can survive in the vacuum of space and he is attacking the cities from the Van Allen belts.
Van Allen radiation belt is a zone of energetic charged particles, most of which originate from the solar wind, that are captured by and held around a planet by that planet's magnetosphere. Earth has two such belts, and sometimes others may be temporarily created.
Bee Nejire is also immune to radiation. It seems that astronauts who go through the Van Allen belts get radiation.
Shibolena uses the Space Observation Center to create an Attack Dispersion Net, which Bee Nezire would use to take out every major city on the planet in one strike.
Without this, Bee Nejire can only destroy several buildings in one shot. The Megaranger were able to take these lightnings. Bee Nejire can also hide in the vacuum of space thanks to his camouflage ability.
Thanks to Mega Catcher, the Megaranger were able to find Bee Nejire and attack him. The monster enters the atmosphere and survives the fall.
In giant form, Bee Nejire can destroy several buildings with his optical lasers.

Shibolena plans to destroy the New Energy Generator that is located inside the highest tower in the world.
If Nejirejia destroys the building, the New Energy generator will explode and destroy the whole city.
Shibolena sends Elephant Nejire, a Nejire Beast that can shake the building with one tackle.
Megayellow can use her scan to locate certain people inside a building.
Yugande can project his image on the sky.
Elephant Nejire's tackles can crack walls.
The Megaranger can't use Galaxy Mega because the robot is so big it can destroy the building.
MegaBlue and Black are ok after being hit by the monster. The shock of the attack pushes Digitank, who was inside the building. Digitank weight is 15 tons.

It really depends. In the standard fictional usage meaning a different spacetime, it's usually considered smaller than a universe, but it can be that size or larger, or it could also be much smaller. If there's no statement about how large it is, your best bet is probably to use the visuals to find a minimum size.
