What I was asking is if megatons in this case meant millions of tons of force, or millions of tons of TNT equivalent, because it can mean both depending on context, and they are quite different.

Info on Kakuremaru, Kakuranger's swords. They can cut a though armor with it. If Kakuranger concentrate their ninja energy, they can cut even a tank with a single swing of it.
With Kakulaser, the Kakuranger can melt an iron beam and penetrate a 5m thick stone wall. The Kakuranger can hollow a concrete wall with Kakulaser in Laser dagger mode.
The Shinobi gauntlet allows the Kakuranger to deliver a punch that can destroy a 2m thick brick.

Yeiyei Yaruka, despite being a small car, can fight and move fast. But he is no match for Jou. Sanseaters had a net that can immobilize Bumblack and Kaseki Grumer.

In the novel adaptation, Empress Juuza has a different set of abilities and motives for Earth's destruction. These abilities are:
