I feel like these two would have great synergy together. Spot uses his portals to allow Bullseye to do even crazier ricochets and trick shots, or just snipe someone with a portal right behind their head. Or Bullseye distracts an opponent with a bunch of projectiles while Spot pops up behind them and either snaps their neck or places a portal around their head to decapitate them by closing it.
So with these kinds of tactics how far would they get in the criminal underworlds of both Marvel and DC? Could they even manage to take down some absolute tanks like Tombstone?
