TYPE-Moon/Nasuverse Feats/General Thread - People Die If They Are Killed Edition

@Xhominid The Fool Since you mentioned it during the discussion about Morgan le Fay(fey?), what exactly is the purpose of a Fantasy Tree/Tree of Emptiness (those are the same thing right) since she apparently "subverted" the tree? :hm

We legit don't know yet... no seriously, we don't know the exact reason why they are planted outside of 2 points:
1. They are meant to ultimately be the Alien/Foreign God's body(And it either having or is the body of Olga Marie completely confuses her which raises more questions not helped by calling herself U-Olga Marie)

2. They primarily keep the Lostbelts rooted as Lostbelts are never supposed to exist normally once they are pruned(We get examples like Female Musashi's original World and Shimousa itself is on the chop) and potentially would ultimately expand the Texture into completely overlaying the bleached World becoming the True History.

Other than that and each Tree of Emptiness carrying a legit named Galaxy within them(outside of Douman's who somehow found a way to literally fake a ToE, taking EMIYA's philosophy to a truly insane degree) and it is explicitly stated that they are equal to Goetia's Incineration of Humanity plan(Which uses all 2000 years of Human History as a basis)... you can potentially get the gist of the insane plan in and of itself.

They do a little more than that.
Aside from what you said , they also simulate the history that should theoretically happen from the moment the world gets pruned til the moments it gets brought back.

For the eventual purpose of linking themselves back to Proper Human History, right?

It seems like this could be Artemis' Remnants considering his Noble Phantasm uses the Moon undergoing a Lunar Eclipse(?) to empower it.
Which further means that yes, Japan keeps finding ways to keep getting Super Robots and I'm getting a little annoyed lol(Although so is China with Xiang Yu and heavily implied with Lu Bu).

Yeah, I had to head to Beast's Lair and it's due to us technically being in a Ship and his legend being based on basically shooting someone whose on a ship(or in Nasuverse lore, he was ALWAYS aiming for the ship and kinda went overkill and change).
So yeah, fully conceptual, pretty nice regardless.

Alright, I basically really need to wait a bit before I say anything:
Basically Tametomo is a repurposed Golden Bear after Kintoki's death that was first meant to fight Japanese Yokai until Minamoto No Yorimitsu(Raikou) did her job too well and thus, there was no reason for his existence.
Later on, they decided to go "Fuck it" and just used him against the Taira Clan that is messing with them, repurposed him a little further and what we see is what we get.

Moonlight Artillery is a Conceptual Noble Phantasm in both ways:
One, every shot he makes that doesn't kill his target with "ramp up" and adapt to why it failed and try again(This is why it was able to turn from a single massive "arrow" to 3 arrows once Balmung stopped it to an entire artillery shower once Armor of Fafnir blocked it).
Two, if the target is a "ship"(and obviously, this is ALSO a massive stretch because Servant and apparently because he didn't go all out during that pivotal moment, it really decided to go "fuck it") capable of being seaborne including the Wandering Sea Chaldeas Base and the Storm Border.

I mean... I'm honestly surprised at how ridiculous this is but it honestly makes sense.

It's still doesn't explain why he's able to bypass Constantine's np though.
I think in addition to being able to adapt his arrow, his accuracy is also ridicolous af that he can ignore anykinds of fortifications

We know in gameplay, his NP has Ignore Defense and Ignore Invincibility on it which are 2 things Constantine's NP has.
So it's heavily implied it can do that but Armor of Fafnir is also a conceptual NP which was why Siegfried wasn't killed when that hit him.
It could also count how many OVERALL shots he made and it still carries it's "buffs" for every shot he makes.

Oh yeah, Armor of Fafnir is "built-in" armor NP unlike Constantine's NP. Makes sense Siegfried able to tank it.
If anything this shows how bullshit Astolfo and his hippogriff is, seeing he's able to evade most of those arrows and dealing double kill to Tametomo

It's because Siegfried only takes residual damage from NP's due to AOF

The defense value of a B rank attack is subtracted from the incoming damage and the rest is what goes through, B+ if he's fighting a proper hero and taking defensive action with Balmung.

Hippogriff has always had bullshit good showings, it was dodging Hanging Gardens fire left and right in the apocrypha novels and we see its shifting ability in Extella,

Tametomo's NP is operating on the same premise HA Hrunting was: Longer firing/Charge time is directly converted into destructive power, but Tame can choose to instead blow away an area in a large scale bombardment instead of assaulting 1 target without fail

So how strong is Astolfo anyway? :hm

Astolfo is one of those Servants with low stats but a lot of really weird NP's with powerful but narrow abilities.

Like one of his NP's let's him just nope his way through all magic ever.....but he forgot its name and can't use it. :skully
