Chapter 219
Andy was able to reach Earth's orbits extremely quickly. It honestly seem like it took Andy more time to find Fuuko from Earth's orbit then it was for him to reach Earth from the Sun. Fuuko's right glove can also summon a meteor shower, although it's a bit weaker than the left glove because it ends with a lightning strike instead of another meteor. The Kinto'Un Cloud can reach Japan from the city of Moscow extremely fast. Ruin has a power-uped Shadow & Blood, he his an attack where he makes a giant blood ball and anybody caught in its shadow is paralyzed. UMA Clothes was with Andy, so he also interred these millions of years on being on the Sun.
Chapter 220
A single finger bullet was able to completely shatter Ruin's Blood ball. That same bullet stayed in Ruin's chest, and because it was powered up by Unluck, it continuously gave Ruin bad luck, which made the rest of the attacks this chapter be guarantee hits. Andy then regenerates from inside of Ruin's body after he was already fighting him from outside of it beforehand. Shen & Mui could extend the Nyoi-Kinko Staff out into space extremely quickly.

Undead Unluck Bullet "Bad Loop"
Fuuko shoots a piece of her soul into Andy's soul, Andy then shoots that part of his soul into Ruin's soul. The Undead part of the soul will remain within Ruin's and the Unluck part will continuously give him Unluck until he dies. Ruin is continuously hit by meteors and carried off into space.

The extra for Chapter 222 has Andy regenerate from the finger he gave Fuuko. This, him regenerating from inside of Ruin, and a piece of his soul sticking with Ruin flying off to space shows parts detached from him can last much longer than the 30 seconds from the last Loop.
This chapter had time accelerated, making 3 months pass in less than a minute. It was probably the Old Man Master Rule, imply to be Time, but Sun & Luna have shown Time acceleration before.

reading the chapter it sounds like UMA Time was the one who accelerated time to three months, then Luna went and accelerated another month ahead.

Yes, also in a positive way of view the things, probably the Union first need to deal with The Master Rules inside Sun before fighting him, cuz now Sun had every Master Rules power plus his own ones
I have no clue why SJ would cancel UU (if they even are) when we already was 200+ chapters of it and it isn't like it lost its fanbase, clearly if it was a good enough investment so why cancel now?

Yeah, but is like when the first Ragnarok happens, people where nervous because the historial of the WSJ axing and the apparition of the big bad of the manga in an early stage of the "final arc" and the pacing of the chapter was very fast, cuz we had 2 time skip in a row.
But, an axing in this stage of the manga is very dubious, mostly because the manga had several plots and interactions for happening, the Special in Winter of the next year would be affected by that and other things like the reaction of the readers and fanbase would be bad for the magazine.

I don't think all of the Master Rules fights will be 5 chapters each, but I hope we still see them all.

He used Change to dispell the Unchange Sword, used War to counter Undecrease's attack, and summon Death & Luck to try and kill Chikara. Latla's Untrust makes Sun's beams always miss the Union, however he keeps shooting because it is still hitting the Earth, so he will destroy the core of the planet.

Chapter 228
Time ages people if they're around him. He aged Mui and Shen 30 years without them even getting close to him. Shen ages a couple more decades even while he's attacking him. Time blocks Shen & Mui attacks simultaneously for a while until they pulled off their ultimate combo. Mui gets Unfade.

Soul solos most of the Nagators that were attacking him. Nico cuts Soul in half and he just regenerates fine after. Soul stops Top with a Soul Wall and KOs Top with a Soul Blast even through his Unbreakable armor. Julie withstands a Soul Blast because multiple members gave her soul power. Ichico creates a Soul Chain and holds Soul down for a second in order to allow Julie to revive Victor.

Now something very interesting in this chapter, the first time Luna meets Juiz and Victor she says "Glitches have formed in this world. I will have people become the vessels for them." The fifth rule Justice also chooses Juiz to become a vessel for Justice, which will manifest as Unjustice. So the Rule decides on who will receive the Negation power first while after the negators themselves choose who to bestow it on after. It kind of sounds like the Negation abilities appeared in this world as actual glitches, as in it's possible neither Luna or Sun intended for the abilities to even exist in the first place. They just housed them into people.
Victor regenerates a new body outside of Andy. there's two Undead right now.
