and in case you think it doesn't make sense, I think they've basically just been empty positioning around each other for the last couple of days. Gad took every opportunity to swap his vote from Nibel each day to the lead wagon.

Poorly planned is referring to how the day progressed. You have to be careful with your votes in lylo, because you will rule out people as scum and confirm yourself via logic that mafia could hammered you
