He's not easy to find. He's faking PR as vanilla, his PR play doesn't stick out, and always has a plan when he rands scum.
The gimmick may be a part of a plan or a decision to have fun with his favourite character, I don't know yet.

I still don’t think Luka is likely to be mafia claiming Gram’s role blocking.

Ratchet as a cultee isn’t going to live very long. I don’t think constantly putting cult leader at the back of your PoE that you’re probably never going to get around to is that unlikely

I expect him to be considering how to best win the game after he eventually gets shot lol
