my consideration was basically that if scum are given full fakes, then a teammate might have seen it as part of his fake and been like dude, you're supposed to claim that part straight up
tho i dont see why fuji would give a miller fake thats not safe, seems very bastard. it would probably need at least one more miller claim to be a proper consideration otherwise he's given scum a fake that dooms them
but otoh i legit have no idea what to make of the fact he has zero explanation for why he decided to claim it

its a big no in the sense that the host should never be giving it as a safe fake claim. you cant really blame the player for using something at their disposal
