No it doesn't. Actually it looks like he hasn't thought enough, because all he can point to in defence of his position are shallow, relatively vapid statements where he says X could mean Y without any supporting work to show why that could be the case over, X meaning Z, say. That's literally the point I'm making - his reasoning does not adequately justify his position to me, which is what gives me the impression that his "paranoia" is more for show than it is genuine.
Okay so now I have serious concerns, because as you will be aware, I've already made several arguments for why Prof isn't aligned with Poyser and why I think he could be Indie. So you're saying that my conclusion has merit, but youre also trying to say that my points lend credence to me being scum with Poyser? It's not good.
You are aware that I‘m not in your scum chat from Dune or know why you bussed him in the first place and to me it looked like you did it for no reason. I haven’t read post game either. Bad reaction.

How do I know what you've read? I haven't been monitoring the chats. But here is the problem - you had no issues claiming that I had bussed him for no reason, because it suited the angle you wanted. But here, you defend your position with ignorance, so then I have to ask - why did you originally claim I had bussed him for no reason. When have you ever seen me as scum do anything "for no reason"?
False. I said earlier in the game that Prof had a lack of paranoia, and his response was "I am paranoid, but I think Poyser is more likely scum and I don't think you're aligned". He was even saying a Poyser scum flip would give him confidence to unconditionally sheep. Now he's making a point to lean into paranoia, my argument is that this aspect is not genuine, and your argument's premise holds no water.
It's really not though. I have, very very rarely if at all, bussed in games when I've been scum with Fuji. And the reason for that is very simple - if I bus, another scum faction or entity is likely to kill me, or I'm otherwise going to have no reason to justify my survival. Because scum tend to have powerful abilities, especially after about 3 cycles, to remove threats when they need to. It's much more useful to be in the town side of the PoE and oush what I want from there.

I can understand Ultra's PoV. Hs spent a lot if ti e arguing with Town Poyser last game, so his town game will be very familiar with him. When he sees what he feels is a notable departure, even if not all that compelling an angle for anyone else, I could see him being very headstrong. Woukd argue that him looking for Poyser to react is him doing his due diligence in terms of stress testing his opinion.
Actually it might not have been Poyser, it might have been Pqwerty. But the point remains.
