I've been reading books on Norse Mythology due to my obsession with with the two GOW games based on this broad topic. Very heavy stuff, but I have yet to find an exact book to sit and read through without it overwhelming me with too much information at once :catsad

Finally read the whole Watchman run for the first time (loved it but the experience was kinda muddled by seeing the Snyder movie first not gonna lie)

But there is something I don’t understand and maybe someone could help me out with it. Why was Jon legitimately surprised by Laurie having an affair when seconds ago he told Laurie she was gonna confess to him? I understand him being a slave to destiny but he already showed he had prior knowledge of it. Was it something to do with the Tachyons? I thought they just blocked his future foresight.

Sam Kean's The Icepick Surgeon.

An excellent writer overall, with a lot of charisma to his style.
