1. Gravitational inversion of the Earth

To travel to the core of the planet requires withstanding the gravitational inversion of the entire planet. Meaning? You'd have to survive the gravity of an entire planet to survive entering the core. Legendary Kong as of Godzilla vs Kong is 102m tall. The mass of the Earth is 5.97200e24kg.

H = 102m/2
= 51m

We'll caalculate the energy with GPE. Why? It's the force of pressure and mass Kong has to endure. The acceleration of gravity at the inner core is 4.3 m/s^2

GPE = 5.97200e24 X 51 X 4.3
= 1.3096596e27 joules
= 313.01615678776289542 petatons

That's not all; the Hollw Earth Aerial Vechiles also survive the journey to the core. How durable would they be? At a low end estimate, we'll put their height at 2m.

GPE = 5.97200e24 X 2 X 4.3
= 5.13592e25 joules
= 12.275143403441683532 petatons

Kong crushes one of the HOAVs with one hand, and another is destroyed by the snake monsters. They even comment on how they don't think the Hollow Earth inversion is a threat to Kong. Which brings us to our next feat...

2. Travelling to the Earth's core.

Kong and the HOAVs are launched over 2000km in 2 seconds.

T = 2000km/2s
= 1000000/340.29
= Mach 2938.66996

Kong's mass as of Godzilla vs Kong is unknown, but he is much bigger and heavier than he was in Skull Island, where he weighed 158 tons (or 158,000kg). This is a ridiculous low end considering Godzilla weighs tens of thousands of tons, but it's the best we've got for now.

3. Kong returns to the surface
Kong returns to the surface to battle Godzilla. What's the timeframe?

The distance from the Earth's surface to its core is 2900km.

T = 2900km/88s
= 32954.5455/340.29
= Mach 96.8425328

There's never any harm in getting kinetic energy.

KE = (0.5)mv^2
= (0.5) X 158000 X 32954.5455^2
= 8.57941635e13 joules
= 20.505297203632889 kilotons

Remember, that mass is just a low end from his younger self.

I'll have too look over the movie again, but thankfully, people have made/released transcripts for the movie, so we can find the direct quote.
When they tried to enter, they hit a gravitational inversion. A whole planet’s worth of gravity reversed in a split second. They were crushed in an instant.
