This is my first calc, so if anything's wrong, be sure to let me know 
The Unconqured Sun, the greatest of gods and probably the bonafide top tier in Exalted (barring some Primordials maybe, still a lorelet), wields a weapon known as the Godspear of All-Searing Noon; a weapon that the UCS is capable of throwing across Creation.
Infinite range, when taken literally, is a pretty blatant NLF (looking at you, Spacebattles). But it does specify within Creation, and fortunately, we know the size of Creation itself, seeing as it's had several official maps before. So we can use that and assume that "infinite distance" in this case means "enough to reach across Creation."
Just going from East to West for the sake of doing something simple, we get a total of 144 small squares.
144 small squares = 14400 miles.
The attack itself takes place in 1 tick, which is stated in the rules to be equivalent to one second (The Speed stat listed just accounts for the amount of ticks needed for the ability to be used again).
14400 miles = 23,174,554 m/s
23,174,554 m/343.2 = 67524.9242424 = Mach 67,524.9242424
Results
Unconquered Sun throws the Godspear across Creation = Mach 67,524.92 (Sub-relativistic+)
Given that other Exalted are capable of defending against this (even if it requires perfect defenses to do so), this should scale to practically everyone in some respect.
