Calc Hera gets revealing (PJO)

Calculations
In PJO, it is told that gods take human forms because their true forms would make mortals shit themselves.

The Lost Hero said:
Thalia glared up at the goddess. "This is your fault. Do something!"

"Do not address me that way, girl. I am the queen--"

"Fix him!"

Hera's eyes flickered with power. "I did warn him. I would never intentionally hurt the boy. He was to be my champion. I told them to close their eyes before I revealed my true form."

"Um..." Leo frowned. "True form is bad, right? So why did you do it?"

"I unleashed my power to help you, fool!" Hera cried. "I became pure energy so I could disintegrate the monsters, restore this place, and even save these miserable Hunters from the ice."

In the quote above, Hera reveals that the gods enter their true forms by converting themselves into pure energy.

I tried to find the average mass for a Greek woman, but it really only took me to fat burning websites, so world average it is.

Apparently, the world average is about 55.3383 kilograms. However, the gods decide to take human forms which are roughly 15 feet tall, according to Percy.

The Titan's Curse said:
All of the seats were occupied. Each god and goddess was about fifteen feet tall, and I'm telling you, if you've ever had a dozen all-powerful super-huge beings turn their eyes on you at once... Well, suddenly, facing monsters seemed like a picnic.

So, using the above link's formula and healthy BMI of 18.5, I can get Hera's mass. That 1/703 factor seems to be constant, based on the second mass listed.

15(12)=180in

18.5*180*180*(1/703)=852.63lbs

or about 386.75kg.

The speed of light is roughly 299792458m/s.

E=mc^2
E=386.75*299792458^2
E=34759356537646422227J

or about 8.3 gigatons.
