Kenji punches Laomoto off the roof of his tower, who explodes in a massive explosion. There may be some other shots of the interior of the building, but for the meantime, we'll scale from the top of the tower. The average height of a Japanese man is 170.7cm.

That's our radius, so with that, we can find the energy of the explosion! Using Nukemap and working our way back (as it doesn't have anything for lower than a kiloton), we find a yield of 8460 kilotons for moderate blast damage radius and 78000 kilotons for heavy blast damage radius, with the radius for both being 9.3km (or 9300m). Given the blast radius is nowhere near that big however, we need to divide the energy by a thousand to find out how big the explosion really was, which gives us a result of 8 tons of TNT and 78 tons of TNT respectively. However, given that every single other ninja in the series has caused a fireball with their death explosion in the series, we can also assume that the same happened here, and for our high end, we get a result of of 1.5199 kilotons.
